All products and materials are resistant to corrosion and combine economy with high quality. As a result, profiles from BEMO SYSTEMS are even suitable for roof gardening. In addition to a wide range of different materials, we also offer a selection of different coating systems and colors for the profiles, tailored to meet customer requirements.

With its expertise in the design and construction of its own machines, BEMO SYSTEMS clearly differs from many competitors in its product development strategy. We do not approach product development from the material side, but from the knowledge that we have the machine expertise to manufacture the profiles in question. All viable profile design options are thus considered when developing a product.

A mobile, conical roll former for the production and direct laying of profiles at the building site is just one example of the high-performance machines engineered by BEMO SYSTEMS. Mobile production on site and a comprehensive range of accessories make it possible to realize both roof and facade constructions more quickly and economically.  

BEMO SYSTEMS has developed a new roll former for the Monro standing seam profile. The new machine cuts and forms metal sheets from 0.7 to 1.2 mm thick, producing finished profiles of any length in a single pass. Profile sheets made by this method have revolutionized the design of roofs and structures based on industrial standing seam profiles because only with this technology are such complex shapes at all possible.

To enable the machine to work with maximum flexibility, BEMO SYSTEMS also developed a special software package called "X-Form". With this software, the user can define sheets on the basis of a 3D model and send the design data directly to the roll former by modem.
